An Introduction

13 Nov

Welcome to the website and blog for Confluence, the new year long service learning program being launched by St. John’s Episcopal Church in the Columbus neighborhood of Franklinton. This August, Confluence will welcome five young adult interns for a year centered on Intentional Community, Social Justice, Vocational Discernment, and Spiritual Formation. The five members will live together at the St. John’s Intern House in Franklinton as they put their faith in action through worksite placement with local non-profits, volunteering in the neighborhood, and parish life with St. John’s. Please be sure to explore the site to learn about the program, the neighborhood, the church, and how you can get involved, whether applying as an intern or supporting this new and exciting venture.
