Confluence is an eleven month Episcopal Service Corps program designed to help young adults discern the “voice” (life’s work) that is calling them, and to develop the skills required to listen and respond.

Confluence welcomes young adults between the ages of 21 and 30 who are college graduates,  who desire a year to serve others and to explore the spiritual/faith questions that bring meaning to life.

Confluence creates a diverse community that strives to diminish the boundaries that typically divide humanity. We encourage young adults from all walks of faith and urge women, people of color, and LGBTQ students to apply.

Our 2018-19 program begins  August 19th, 2019 and ends June, 26th, 2020.

The application site for 2018-19 will open November 1, 2018.

Confluence uses a rolling deadline application format to accommodate those who need to plan early as well as those whose plans may take shape a bit later. We do not designate the number of slots that will be open for each round, and we always encourage you to check with us at any time, as slots may open up later for a variety of reasons. We always love to hear from potential candidates.

It is the applicant’s responsibility to be sure that all pieces of the application have been received. We will NOT conduct interviews until an applicant’s application is complete.
